Tasks:
Over the span of four years, our mission was to assist a Russian company in establishing four studios in Dubai and an additional one in Abu Dhabi, all built from the ground up.
Our goal was to attract a diverse audience, comprising both locals and the Russian-speaking community currently residing in the UAE, to these studios.
To achieve this, we adapted our promotion strategies to align with the cultural values and preferences of the country.
Solution
We developed advertising campaigns in three languages: Russian, English, and Arabic, while considering the local social norms and preferences.
Our strategic approach involved the integration of an end-to-end analytics system, which accounted for offline events within the CRM system and leveraged ready-made solutions linked to phone numbers.
Simultaneously, we launched advertising campaigns on various platforms, targeting locals through Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, and Google, and reaching Russian speakers through VK and myTarget.
To streamline our lead generation efforts, we set up a direct integration between our CRM system and Facebook advertising accounts, which subsequently enabled us to acquire targeted leads at a cost-effective rate.
Results
We initiated the creation of a website from the ground up, with a focus on English-speaking users.
As a result of our efforts, we consistently generate 2,500 leads each month.
Furthermore, we successfully developed a mobile app.
In a single transaction, we achieved an outstanding ROI of 600%.
